Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Authors must submit their manuscripts in a one-column format with 1.5 line spacing throughout, using Times New Roman 12-point font and MS Word format. The structure should follow the guidelines below:

Manuscript Structure

Page 1: Running Title
This page should only contain the running title of the paper, an abbreviated title used as the running head on every page of the manuscript. It should not exceed 60 characters, including letters and spaces. -
Page 2: Author(s) and Corresponding Author’s Information
This page should include the full title of the paper (not exceeding 25 words), names of all authors, institutions, and detailed contact information of the corresponding author (including full address, telephone number, handphone number, and email address). The corresponding author must be indicated with a superscripted asterisk (*). Authors’ names should be written in full without academic titles, with first and middle names before surnames for Asian authors. Addresses of multiple authors should be indicated separately by superscript numbers. A list of the number of black and white/color figures and tables should also be indicated on this page. -
Page 3: Abstract
This page should repeat the full title of the paper, followed by an abstract, usually in one paragraph, and a list of four to eight keywords in alphabetical order. -
Page 4: Text
The text should include the following headings: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussions, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References (APA 7th ed. format), and Supplementary data (if any). The Literature Review may be part of or separated from the Introduction. Authors should adhere to specific structures and levels of headings as outlined in Table 1 and Table 2 respectively.

Levels of Heading
Authors are required to follow the in-house format of headings as detailed in Table 2:-
1st Level: LEFT, BOLD, UPPERCASE

2nd Level: Flush left, Bold, Capitalize Each Word

3rd Level: Bold, Capitalize Each Word, Ending with A Period (.)

4th Level: Bold Italic, Capitalize Each Word, Ending with A Period (.)

Tables
Tables should be numbered consecutively with Roman numerals (Table I, Table II) and should include a brief title at the top. Avoid using vertical borders to separate data and unnecessary borders around cells. Horizontal lines should be visible for headings and the last line of the table. The source of the table should be clarified in the table note.

Figures and Photographs
Figures and photographs must be clear with high black and white contrast. They should be embedded within the text after their first mention, numbered consecutively with Roman numerals (Figure 1, Figure 2), and include a brief title at the bottom. The source should be clarified in the figure note.

Acknowledgements
Individuals (besides the authors) and entities who contributed to the research should be acknowledged appropriately.

References
References should begin on their own page and be listed in alphabetical order by the first author’s last name. Only cited references should be included, formatted in 12-point font and double-spaced. Include the DOI if available. Use the APA-reference style (7th edition) for formatting.

Peer Review Process Description: The AOJ employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of scholarly excellence. Each submitted manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. The reviewers are unaware of the authors' identities, and authors do not know the reviewers' identities. This process ensures unbiased and objective evaluations. The editorial board makes the final decision based on the reviewers' recommendations, ensuring that only high-quality research is published.
Ethical Standards and Publication Ethics: AOJ adheres to strict ethical standards and publication ethics to maintain the integrity of the research it publishes. Authors must ensure that their work is original, free from plagiarism, and has not been published elsewhere. Any form of academic misconduct, including data fabrication, falsification, and unethical research practices, is strictly prohibited. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, and studies involving human or animal subjects must comply with ethical guidelines and obtain necessary approvals.
Open Access Policy: AOJ is committed to the principle of open access, providing immediate and unrestricted access to its content. This policy ensures that research is freely available to the public, promoting a greater global exchange of knowledge.
